My board’s notice asks for different hours or topics.
Your board’s notice wins. Open the license and tap Adjust this renewal to change the hours or waive a topic for this renewal. Renewd marks the license as adjusted by you, and the audit packet says so. If you think our rule is wrong, please tell us which board and what the notice says.
A certificate counted toward the wrong topic.
Open the certificate from Certificates, tap Edit and change its topics. Renewd matches a topic from the course title, so a title that names the topic in other words can need a hand.
My license renewed. What now?
Open the license and tap Start next renewal once the board has renewed it. Certificates from then on count toward the new period, and the old ones stay in Certificates.
How do I back up my licenses and certificates?
Licenses › Your data › Export a backup saves one file with your licenses, certificates and cards, pictures included. Keep it anywhere. Import a backup adds what’s missing and changes nothing you already have.
How do I restore Renewd Pro on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Renewd Pro and tap Restore purchases.
How do I cancel Renewd Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open your device’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Your licenses and certificates stay yours after it ends.
The widget or my Apple Watch shows old numbers.
Open Renewd once; it updates the widgets and sends the latest to the watch. The watch catches up the next time it is near your iPhone.
